Digital Products (E-Books, Downloads, & Online Resources)
All sales of digital products, including e-books and downloadable resources, are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded due to the nature of instant access.

Physical Products (if applicable)
For any physical products sold through our store, we have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Digital products (e-books, downloadable resources, online guides)

- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Personal care items (beauty products, skincare, etc.)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
Refunds (For Eligible Physical Products Only)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return a physical product order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Digital products, however, are not eligible for cancellation or refund once accessed or downloaded.
